VaultSuite provides enterprise communication and notification infrastructure services, including but not limited to NotificationPro and Convo Vault. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of VaultSuite services are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.
VaultSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold VaultSuite harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VaultSuite operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
